The first confirmed entries for the Le Mans 24 Hours have been released – and the Storm LMP is one of only four LMP1 cars so far selected.

The remainder of the entries will be selected after the Sebring 12 Hous at the end of March.

Lister first competed at Le Mans in 1958 finishing 15th,  we returned with the Lister Storm GT in 1995 – finishing 11th in GT1 In 1996.  This year will be the third appearance for the LMP – in 2003 Jamie had a major accident in qualifying for the race so the car did not start and then in 2004 the LMP finished 9th in class with an all Danish driver line-up.

Our drivers are confirmed for 2006 as Andrea Belicchi, Stefano Zonca and Jens Moller – this trio will also compete the full Le Mans Series season.  Andrea and Stefano will both need to qualify on the test day, but Jens is already a named driver having driven the Lister at Le Mans in 2004.
