The GP2 series has announced 12 teams for its 2005 season.

Arden International, ART, BCN Competition, Campos Racing, Coloni, DAMS, David Price Racing, Durango, HiTech Piquet Sports, iSport International, P1 Motorsport and Super Nova are scheduled to take part in the first of 12 races of the season in France on April 16th.

“The announcement of the list of entrants marks another important step in the GP2 project,” explained Patrick Faure. “The organisers have secured a commited line-up of well regarded teams which should further help the series achieve its aims of offering a professional, high-quality level of entertaining racing.”
