Quadruple Melbourne header provides exciting racing in Australian Supercars
The long Easter weekend means there’s plenty of motorsport action for you to enjoy, starting with highlights from the Australian Supercars’ visit to Melbourne, in support of the Formula One Grand Prix.

After taking victory in both races at the season-opening Adelaide 500, Shane van Gisbergen headed to Melbourne with a comfortable gap over the rest of the field. But the Albert Park quadruple header saw strong performances from DJR Team Penske’s Scott McLaughlin and Red Bull Holden team-mate Jamie Whincup, as they looked to close the gap. Watch out also for David Reynolds, who was aiming to clinch another good result for Erebus Motorsport, after a promising opening weekend.

Porsche aims for fifth consecutive Le Mans victory
Next up in the 24 Hours of Le Mans: The Great History, Motorsport.tv revisits the 1985 edition of the race. Porsche brought the new 962 to La Sarthe for the first time, which broke the then lap record in the hands of Hans-Joachim Stuck. But the new car would have to dig deep and outlast the proven 956B entries, which had won the previous year’s race.

A Song of Ice and Fire: The RallyX on Ice climax & Dubai International Baja
The RallyX on Ice reached its conclusion in Gol, Norway, with the three-way title battle going down to the wire. Oliver Eriksson led older brother and FIA World Rallycross Championship regular Kevin, with home favourite Sondre Evjen just a point back. Four-time Indy 500 winner Helio Castroneves also joined the fray, looking to prove himself on the snow!

Trading the icy-conditions for the scorching Al Qudra desert in the UAE, Motorsport.tv brings highlights from the Dubai International Baja. WRC part-timer Sheikh Khalid Al Qassimi entered the rally as favourite, but would face tough competition from Czech star Martin Prokop, Russian ace Vladimir Vasilyev and Poland’s Jakub Przygonski.

Action from the Mayo Stages Rally and Camping World Trucks
Finally, it’s over to the scenic Achill Island, Ireland, for the Irish Rallying Mayo Stages Rally, before heading across the Atlantic for the fourth round of the NASCAR Camping World Trucks Series from Martinsville!
