2009 Euroseries 3000

At the debut round of the 2009 Euroseries 3000, this week-end in Portimao, TP Formula will line up Adam Khan and Fabrizio Crestani. The 23 years old Anglo-Pakistani, with experience in the most prestigious international series and currently under contract with the ING Renault F1 Team, has been confirmed, after having already competed with the Italian team in 2008, while Fabrizio Crestani joins TP Formula after a successful debut season in GP2 Asia.

Khan-Crestani has been the protagonist duo of the second part of the 2008 Euroseries 3000 season, having earned more points than the rest of the field from the moment they entered the category. Khan even came close to the final victory despite having missed the three first races.

GIANLUCA POMOZZI (Team Principal): "I am very happy with the agreement reached with Adam and Fabrizio, who have always been at the top of the list of our preferences. Both have improved race after race last year showing to have the right mentality to come back in Portimao at the top. I am sure that with them and with the reinforced technical staff that has been set out during the winter, TP Formula will confirm its status of top team and will add several other successes to the ones already gained in the debut season”.
