We have just built a new site for RS Performance - creators of the 1000 BHP/tonne supercharged V8 Caterham Levante.

Russell Savory - designer of the RST V8 engine decided to supercharge the engine in this limited edition of 8 Caterham Levantes his company is building. This means over 500 BHP and weight from 530kgs!

Needless to say performance is expected to be brisk - and as fans of whizzy sevens - we have a cosworth bdg powered derivative - we are looking forward to having a go in it and finding out what the ultimate expression of the seven theme must be like to drive.

Video exists of the "old" normally aspirated prototype on the site based on a non-SV chassis - the new car is scheduled to be video'd once road test duties for the magazines have been completed.
