Racecar are pleased to announce the launch of a new web site for Castle Combe.

If you have never been to the track - it's a really fast circuit with some great vantage points - Quarry bend being a real favourite for fans of oversteer.

The really cool thing about the track is the really friendly atmosphere at the track and lack of faceless "corporate attitude" - whilst still running proceedings in a professional well organised manner.

The track runs it's own championships - and with full grids and noticeably a large loyal spectator following - they must be doing something right in these challenging economic conditions. It's also pleasant going to a race meeting - with other spectators around you - which if you take some non-motorsport friends along - manages to convince them there is a real following for motorsport outside the F1 bubble.

Also on that theme - Castle Combe village has won numerous accolades - including the prettiest village in England - not something you can say about too many other tracks in the UK!
