Stow Maries Aerodrome - also home to RS Performance where Racecar's Caterham 7 Cosworth BDG had some attention - is host to a car show this weekend.
The event will feature trade stands, numerous examples of amongst others - Porsche, Aston Martin and Lamborghini - and more importantly - fingers crossed - the weather on Sunday looks to be fantastic!

Stow Maries Aerodrome will play host to a very special gathering of high performance cars next Sunday when leading sports car clubs, Porsche, Ferrari and other leading marques (PALMS) will hold their Eastern Area meeting at the Great War site.
They are to hold this event at Stow for the first time. They feel it is a fitting site for their classic and performance cars to be displayed.
Russell Savory, joint owner of the site said " I am very pleased to host this event on site. There will be plenty of very nice performance vehicles here and we have an added bonus of three formula one vehicles."The event is open to the public and the gates open at 11am. The entrance fee is £5 per person. Children under 16 free. There will also be refreshments on site, plus a Hawk handling opportunity and a variety of aircraft, dependent on the weather. In addition there will be a concours d'elegance.
Part of the takings will be donated to a breast cancer charity and the Essex Air Ambulance who are scheduled to make an appearance on site on the day. There will also be various trade exhibitors to view as well as a Formula 1 simulator to enjoy.

Entry £5 per head. Access via Hackmans Lane only. No pets on site please.
