The championship heads to the Maasmechelen circuit in Belgium for the first time since 2013 this weekend for the fifth round.

Rising star Dan Rooke leads the title chase by 16 points over five-time British RX champion Julian Godfrey, the pair having each scored one victory in 2016.

Kevin Procter has won twice in the opening four rounds, at Croft and Pembrey but succumbed to engine failure at round four and trails Godfrey in the standings by two points. Dave Bellerby and Ollie O’Donovan need to score strong results this weekend if they are to stay in title contention.

Heading into the second half of the season, Tony Lynch leads the MSA Supernational Rallycross Championship.
