The Awning Company MSA British Junior Kart Championship

Round 2: Shenington, 16-17 July

No one could challenge Jonathan Hoggard at Shenington, although Morgan Porter led the challenge in both finals and rose to second place in the championship.

Hoggard disappeared down the road again in the second final, with Porter chasing and leaving all the action for third place. After a fair bit of jostling Jewiss took third over Frenchman Axel Charpentier and Mark Kimber.

The new engine prize for best newcomer went to local driver Roman Haskett, who trailed in seventh behind Callum Bradshaw among the 18-strong class.
