BACK ON-TRACK FOR TRIDENT TEAM
It’s time to get back on-track for the team and drivers of the GP2 and GP3 Series following to a week-long break coming after a double trip to Spielberg and Silverstone.
The Trident team will be lining-up in Hungary this weekend at the famed Hungaroring racetrack, to begin the second half of the GP2 Series season in round 6 out of 11. The positive results scored in the previous race meeting at Silverstone, especially with Italian Luca Ghiotto, boosted the team’s morale with some great momentum gained. The second stint of the season will provide an opportunity to seize some of the good results that only came sporadically so far this season. The goal is to start the weekend on an high note and be among the frontrunners since the opening practice.The Trident GP3 team will also be facing a key round at Hungaroring. After his brilliant Silverstone weekend, Antonio Fuoco is aiming to keep his name among the championship contenders. Antonio showed how steadily and progressively he is growing up as a professional and laid consistent foundations for the races ahead. Team-mates Artur Janosz, Giuliano Alesi and Sandy Stuvik also put together impressive performances in the last couple of rounds thanks to the hard work made together with the team. They will line-up fully committed to put together more strong results.The GP2 Series will roll off according to the regular timetable, with a 45-minute practice session at noon on Friday, while qualifying will be on at 15:55. Race 1 is set for Saturday at 15:40, while Race 2 is scheduled at 10:15 on Sunday.The GP3 team will be on-track for the first time on Friday afternoon, with the practice session beginning at 17:50. Saturday will be challenging, with qualifying starting at 9:45 AM and the Feature Race at 17:20. The final race of the weekend will be at 9:15 on Sunday morning. The weekend will benefit from a massive live and tape-delayed TV coverage platform including the SkySportF1 network.
