South African British Formula 3 rookie Eugene Denyssen is charged up and looking forward to returning to Snetterton for the penultimate round of the series 9-10 August following a good rest, positive results at Spa Francorchamps last time out and some precious time aboard the Red Bull simulator.
"We've had a long break since our last outing at Spa and I'm charged up for the next round at Snetterton," the Somerset West youngster confirmed. "This is the only track on the calendar where we race at twice this season and I've improved well since the first round there back in April. "The whole Sean Walkinshaw Racing team has put in a lot of hard work behind the scenes, so we're hoping to continue moving forward on the recent changes in the team.
"I have also had the luxury of driving the Red Bull Racing Formula 1 simulator in Milton Keynes, which I'm currently using to prepare myself for the races and I think that's also going to have a positive effect," Denyssen concluded. "We are coming to the second last round of the season and to finish on a high is really important for me to determine my plans for next year, so I'll keep pushing, continue learning and hopefully we can stay out of trouble and enjoy a good clean race."
