KC Motorgroup Ltd. (KCMG) returns to one of the most competitive racing platforms in Japan after more than a month’s downtime. The Hong Kong-based squad heads to Twin Ring Motegi on August 20 – 21 for the fourth event of the top tier Japanese formula championship.
Following a positive testing in Fuji last month, the Toyota-backed driver is eager to get back in the #18 KCMG Elyse SF14 and produce strong results. Nakayama is set to pull out all the stops to challenge for championship points on Motegi’s 4.8km circuit this weekend.
Yuichi Nakayama: “I’m looking forward to be back in the car after that month-long interval. We were able to produce good lap times during the last testing at Fuji I’m aiming for a better result in Motegi and hopefully, finish the race in the points this weekend.”
