PLYMOUTH trio Henry Atkins, Richard Andrews and Saul Bulley have completed their fund-raising cycle ride for the club’s air-fence.
The three Devonians cycled from Exeter to Plymouth before completing a lap of the track at the St Boniface Arena in front of sponsors.
The club have had to replace the fence, which was vandalised at the end of last season, and the cycle ride looks to have raised as much as £5,000.
Co-promoters Mark Phillips and Laurence Rogers said: “There can’t be many riders who would do what these three have done for their new club. We are totally proud of them.”

THE 2017 British Youth Championship will again be supported by the Association of Referees.
They held their annual AGM in Liverpool on Saturday, March 4 and confirmed they would continue their unique sponsorship package of the series.
Referees will charge each club hosting a British Youth Championship round a minimal fee, and any rounds that are run as a second half event will be no extra charge.
Young Lions boss Neil Vatcher said: “Sponsorship packages can come in many various ways, and we of course appreciate all our sponsors and partners.
“The gesture by the Association of Referees not only assists the Youth Championship but also helps the clubs that kindly agree to host a round.”
