The second semi-final in Denmark was abandoned due to the weather at the halfway stage, with the result standing. At that stage, the hosts had 24 points with Sweden on 17.
The Final takes place at Polish venue Rybnik on September 2.

LEICESTER duo Danny King and Kim Nilsson raced to a last-heat 5-1 to rescue a 45-45 draw from Saturday’s SGB Premiership clash with Poole.
Both sides held a four-point lead at various stages of the meeting but were unable to take full control.
Pirates skipper Hans Andersen had dropped just one point going into Heat 15 but King and Nilsson established the advantage from the start and held back the Dane and debutant Grzegorz Zengota.
Nilsson scored 12+1 for the Lions with King on 11 whilst Lasse Bjerre (10) also collected double-figures, with Andersen (10+1) and reserve Nicolai Klindt (12+1) leading the way for the Pirates.
King said: “I knew it was so important to gate in Heat 15, I made a little adjustment to the clutch because I thought it was a bit aggressive, and it worked so I’m really pleased.
“We should have won, I really believe that. Josh (Grajczonek) was so unlucky, he was worth far more than he got, but unfortunately he had bike trouble and a crash.
“We were missing Batesey (Josh Bates) at reserve and he always scores a hatful, but it’s nice to come away with something rather than nothing.”
Poole promoter Matt Ford said: “That was a victory that we should have taken, but they put up some good resistance and never allowed us to get clear enough.
“It was just like at Swindon when we weren't able to finish the opposition off. Yes, it's two more points in the bag, but it really should have been three.”

BERWICK notched up their second win of the SGB Championship campaign with a 48-44 victory over Workington at Shielfield Park.
The result moves the Bandits to within four points of Scunthorpe, and with two matches in hand, after an eventful night of racing.
Lewis Bridger won his first three rides for the home side but then crashed heavily in his fourth, and was unable to take any further part.
But reserve Jye Etheridge played a starring role on his way to 11 points, with No.1 Nick Morris collecting 12+1 as the Bandits took the spoils.
Craig Cook recovered from a Heat 1 retirement to reel off four straight wins for the Comets, who had to be content with a consolation league point.
Berwick boss Gary Havelock said: “Brilliant match tonight and a top show from Nick Morris, who with that great team riding seemed to kick-start Jye's confidence in this mental game, and he just boomed with great wins.
“We had a total belief in signing him up for our side and he's shown he has the same determination that we have to succeed. He was excellent.
“I heard some people say we'd get a hammering tonight! Well we didn't, and we can now see what our guys can really do.”

STOKE are through to the next round of the National League KO Cup after a 46-44 home win over Buxton at Loomer Road.
The Potters already held a 19-point advantage from the away leg but found the rebuilt Hitmen side tougher in the return, before succeeding in ending a run of four successive defeats.
Max Clegg scored a 15-point maximum for the visitors, but Luke Priest’s second place ahead of Tom Woolley not only completed a 14-point for the Stoke man but also secured victory on the night.
Potters boss Malcolm Vasey said: “It was an extremely hard-fought match between the two sides and it showed how the changes that the Buxton management have made have improved their side.
“We obviously missed Tony (Atkin) but the lads showed a lot of character to keep their noses in front on the night and deserved the victory. Josh Embleton tried his best but the rest of the side scored solidly to get us the victory.”

FORMER Eastbourne duo Connor Coles and Kelsey Dugard have joined the Isle of Wight.
The pair lost their places with the Eagles earlier in the week but have been quickly snapped up by the Warriors – Dugard for a second spell with the club – as replacements for Nathan Greaves and Rikki Mullins.
Promoter Barry Bishop said: “Connor is a rider who we wanted in the side from the start as I love his whole attitude to racing. He always goes well at Smallbrook and comes in to replace Nathan Greaves.
“I know that Connor will quickly slot into the team and will rapidly become a hit with the fans.
“I am very pleased to welcome Kelsey back, I just wish he had joined us at the start of the season for many reasons. While he has increased his average, I know he will be very keen to put more on to that quickly.
“In my view both riders will make a big impact to the team and I look forward to welcoming them.”

SHEFFIELD boss Simon Stead is keen to continue their strong run of form as they head to Newcastle tonight (Sunday)
The Tigers have won six of their last eight meetings in all competitions and picked up a hard-earned consolation point despite a narrow defeat at Edinburgh on Friday.
They will now welcome Josh Grajczonek and Josh Bates back into their side as they head to Brough Park, with Ryan MacDonald standing in for Jack Parkinson-Blackburn at reserve.
Said Stead: “We’ve had some good results recently and we’re riding well, so hopefully we can put in another good performance at Newcastle on Sunday.
“It was a good point at Edinburgh with the riders we had missing, but with the two Josh’s both back on Sunday we’ll hopefully be able to get some more points on the board.
“Newcastle is a tricky track and it’s never an easy place to go, but we’ll be going there with high hopes and looking to do well.”
Sheffield are currently three points behind third-placed Glasgow, who face a home clash with bottom club Berwick at 6pm.
Richard Lawson is set to be fit to line up for the hosts after appearing for Somerset in the Premiership on Friday 24 hours after a heavy crash at Redcar.
Meanwhile Scunthorpe host Peterborough in the first leg of their KO Cup tie, in a meeting which features a Panthers debut for new signing Chris Harris.
The Scorpions will operate rider-replacement for the retired Josh Auty, with Nathan Greaves guesting for Josh Bailey at reserve.
Kyle Newman guests for Bradley Wilson-Dean (GP qualifier) for the Panthers, with rider-replacement in operation for the unavailable Jack Holder.
Scunthorpe promoter Rob Godfrey said: “It’s been a disappointing league campaign for us to date, but the cup gives us a fresh opportunity for something to aim for.
“Peterborough do have a strong side, and they’ve just signed Chris Harris as their new No. 1. It’s his debut for them on Sunday, so we’re expecting a fair few of Panthers supporters to travel up to the Eddie Wright Raceway
“I know the question on everyone’s lips at the moment is when are going to replace the two Josh’s with new riders. I can assure our supporters that we’ve been actively searching, and we will make the right moves for the right riders at the right times.”
Harris said: “Peterborough were prepared to give me my first chance in the top-flight. So it's great to be able to come back and help the club now.
“Doubling-up was always on my mind for this season and I'm delighted to have the opportunity to do that.
“It's far from being a step backwards. I see it as a move in the right direction to getting the amount of meetings I feel I need.”

MILDENHALL will look to close in on the National League’s top four when they host Plymouth at West Row today (Sunday).
The Fen Tigers go into the meeting without Jordan Jenkins due to exams, whilst Lewis Whitmore comes in for the injured Sam Woods.
The Devils have yet to take a point from their opening four league matches but hand a debut to major signing Adam Roynon, who joins West Row track record holder Steve Boxall in forming a strong spearhead.
Mildenhall chief Kevin Jolly said: “Although losing Sam and Jordan for the coming meetings is a blow, this is the time for the remaining lads to really pull together and keep us on target in all three competitions.
“Rider replacement is never any side’s choice as it comes with its own dangers, but with Jordan moving up to third in the averages at least we have a number of options to cover his rides.”
