With the lovely bank holiday weekend behind us, we are on final countdown for this weekend's event. It's still possible to buy advanced tickets at the early bird discounted rate but only today; after that, face value tickets (cash only) will only be available at the gate on Sunday.

We wanted to tell you about two great films this Sunday to augment our day; one can be where you are the star and the other captures the spirit of one of racing's greatest ever innovators.

Our brilliant camera-drone friends at Eyeup will capture your car as it runs up the hill so you can have your own tailor made film of the day. You can get all the low-down at www.sherehillclimb.co.uk/drone-footage. If you order a film you can have a lasting memory of the event to keep.

Our day will be rounded off by the acclaimed new movie: McLaren, a biopic of Bruce McLaren. The showing will be in Shere Village Hall at 8pm. Check out villagecinema.org for full details and to buy tickets.
