British motorsport brand Ginetta has unveiled a new 2021 Championship structure, offering some of the finest prize packages in motorsport, supporting the career aspirations of talented drivers. When combined, the total prize fund on offer from Ginetta across its category disciplines is £400,000.

The GT4 Supercup, Ginetta’s flagship competition series, using the G55 GT4 Supercup car, is designed for those who want to compete at the highest level. For 2021, the top prize for the pro class of Ginetta’s flagship series includes a fully funded seat on the 2022 grid, arguably one of motorsports most prestigious prize packages today.
Ginetta’s unrivalled prize package is a statement of intent to develop drivers, in addition to ensuring all get a seamless transition through multi-marque racing categories, by delivering an affordable offer on its cars and utilising its experienced team to nurture talent through its instructors, track days, simulator and on-site test track facility. Its championships exist to ensure that drivers can gain the relevant experience to route in to all levels of motorsport.
The jam-packed motorsport calendar that Ginetta is bringing in 2021, offers a series that is inclusive of all disciplines and ages, starting from the Juniors, a series for 14 to 17-year olds, to the GT4 Supercup and GT5 Challenge series, of which offer professional, pro-amateur and rookie classes for drivers.
For those looking for a more refined approach to motorsport, Ginetta also offers the GT Academy. This series is made up to feature amateur drivers of all experiences in the G55 GTA which is a car that offers everything a driver needs to experience entry level GT racing with uncompromising capabilities. First place in the series can look forward to fully funded entry into a Ginetta Championship in 2022. Series Brief
Ginetta Juniors – A nine-weekend series for 14 to 17-year olds and is widely recognised as one of the most watched competitions in the UK on the touring car package. Excelling in this championship in the G40 Junior car is a good barometer for future success.

Series Brief
GT Pro – A nine-weekend series using the G55 GT Pro car on the back of the Supercup grid on the Touring car circuit. The series is designed for 16 to 21-year olds with a view to keep people in Ginetta through to Supercup. The car, like the GTA is on a road tyre but has 300bhp rather than 270bhp. Drivers can get used to paddle shift and a bigger car before stepping into a GT4 Supercup.

Series Brief
GT4 Supercup – An eight-weekend series using the G55 GT4 Supercup car on the Touring car package. Classes include Pro, Pro-Am and Am. The series is designed for those who want to race a professional race car on slick or wet tyres and are preparing to compete at the highest level of motorsport in multi-marque GT racing.
