This year’s route will feature new stages designed to push both man and machine to their limits, offering competitors the thrill of mastering snowy roads while experiencing the unique driving pleasure that only the WINTER Romania Historic Rally can provide.
According to Romanian national regulations, this rally organized under the aegis of the FRAS (Romanian Federation of Sports Automobiles) is open to VHC and LEGEND vehicles, 2 and 4 wheel drive, registered before 31/12/1996, with or NOT a PTH.
