Bonaldi Motorsport concludes ADAC GT Masters campaign

With the two races in Hockenheim Bonaldi Motorsport ended the prestigious and difficult ADAC GT Masters seasonwhich proved a risky challenge for Bonaldi.

Florian Spengler and Emanuele Zonzini joined the track but their race was compromised by another driver’s mistake. After an excellent qualifying session Spengler was literally eliminated from the race when running in sixth, the latest in a series of unpredictable events during the whole year which together with mechanical problems and poor qualifying performances led to results below expectations.

The best seasonal result came from Patrick Kujala and Milos Pavlovic who placed eighth in Race 2 at Lausitzring. Kujala also took a podium in Zandvoort where he came third in Race 2 in the Junior standings. Spengler and Zonzini finished in the points in Race 1 in Sachsenring where they took tenth overall.

Marco Bielli, team manager: “This was a difficult year. We did not obtain the results we could potentially have.”.
