Statement:
We have taken a number of proactive measures to prioritise the health and safety of our clients and staff and continue to monitor advice from the government and World Health Organisation (WHO).
Our auction at the Imperial War Museum, Duxford is going ahead as planned this Wednesday March 18th. The cars are being spaced out more than usual, as is the seating. Car door handles are being wiped down with disinfectant on a regular basis as are history files etc.
Our busiest period for attendance will be the sale day, Wednesday March 18th, between 12pm-5pm. For those wishing to come along during a quieter time we will be open for viewing on Tuesday March 17th from 12pm to 6pm and on the sale day from 9am onwards.
We are continuing to offer complimentary photograph and condition reports requests and are encouraging commission and live bidding through our online bidding portal or telephone bidding, all offered at no additional surcharge. We estimate to offer 30 lots per hour and the auction will commence at 1pm prompt.
