Suzuka 8 Hours Endurance World Championship final cancelled

The Suzuka 8 Hours Endurance World Championship final round on November 7th in Japan has been cancelled due to an escalation in Covid-19 symptoms since the Olympic Games.

The country’s biggest motorcycle event has now been replaced by a new race, the 8 Hours of Most in the Czech Republic on October 9th. This will be a car and motorcycle double-header with a WTCR race.

This decision has been made following consultation with local authorities, the Suzuka 8 Hours organiser Mobilityland, the FIM (International Motorcycling Federation) and FIM EWC promoter Eurosport Events.
