Its twin turbocharged 4.0L engine is at the center of a sophisticated computer-controlled system that fully integrates power delivery with regeneration, aerodynamic, handling and braking control features to deliver truly astonishing performance. The V-8 is teamed with a trio of electric motors to yield a combined output of 986 HP and 590 lb-ft of torque, which is delivered through an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, with the car’s multiple control systems managing the flow of power between engine, e-motors and a 7.9 kWh lithium ion battery.
