Racecar has recently completed a new site for Official Ferrari Dealer - Niki Hasler AG based in Basel in Switzerland.

The project involved creating a new corporate id and logo for the company, creation of the web site as well as provision of some image assets and formulating copy. The site is in both English and Swiss German and athough they obviously have a strong local customer base - on the classic side, their clients are truly international.

The business is undergoing a major redevelopment with the creation of a spectacular new showroom development in the heart of Basel, to celebrate 35 years as a family business and a Ferrari dealer.

Having seen the existing set up, some of the serious Ferrari they look after - one is left in no doubt this business has a very serious client base from all over the world - many of whom leave some of their cars to be stored in Europe at the Niki Hasler storage facility. When we last visited, we had never seen so many LaFerraris parked in one location...

Although the business sells the full range of modern Ferrari - with full workshop facilities to provide servicing and repair work, it's clear the classic Ferrari side of the business is the big passion and they usually have some serious restorations in progress

Niki Hasler has been appointed as an Officina Ferrari Classiche - in effect the official Swiss partner for this exclusive new programme and one of only 30 dealerships that have been selected around the world.

Some of the historic cars which routinely visit the dealership for fettling are pretty top drawer - 250 GTOs, numerous 250 SWBs etc. - visitors to the showroom include a few big players too - saw a Mr Obrist dropping in for a coffee when we were last there.

A major dealer Ferrari world with a close relationship with the factory - friendly knowledgeable staff - their showroom is well worth a visit.
