World’s first all-terrain super sports car to make UK public debut at season-opening Royal Hospital Chelsea event
610PS 5.2-litre V10 delivers exceptional performance – and 44mm more ground clearance gives the fun of driving a rally car

The Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato will make its UK public debut at Salon Privé London on 20-22 April. The ground-breaking new all-terrain super sports car will be the star of the H.R. Owen Lamborghini London line-up, wowing the crowds at the season-opening Royal Hospital London automotive and lifestyle extravaganza. It will be a rare chance to see the exclusive new car in the metal – it’s a strictly limited edition machine with just 1,499 due to be sold globally.

Hot on the heels of the thrilling new Abarth 500e Scorpionissima, which is also making its UK debut at Salon Privé London, the new Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato represents the other extreme of Italian automotive excellence at the prestigious Chelsea spectacle.

The new Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato showcases the best of a “visionary, bold and unconventional brand,” said Chairman and CEO Stephan Winkelmann. “With the Sterrato, we are breaking new ground in driving sensations.” The new two-seat super sports car has 44mm more ground clearance than the regular Huracán EVO, plus 30mm wider front and 34mm wider rear track widths. Custom Bridgestone Dueler AT002 tyres guarantee versatility and adaptability in all conditions and surfaces.

The electronically-controlled four-wheel drive setup has an updated version of the LDVI (Lamborghini Integrated Vehicle Dynamics) system, with STRADA, SPORT and new RALLY modes, the latter delivering a tailored experience in low-grip conditions to the Huracán for the first time.

With a 5.2-litre V10 engine producing 610PS, the Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato has no shortage of firepower; 0-62mph takes just 3.4 seconds, aided by a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and rear mechanical self-locking differential.

Salon Privé London show-goers certainly won’t miss the new Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato. Boasting custom colours and livery, it has aluminium front underbody protection, reinforced sills and sturdy wheel arches. Extra driving lamps provide greater visibility on dusty roads and there’s a trademark raised air intake on the rear hood – again, ensuring clean air can be drawn when tackling dust-covered tracks.

“The Sterrato is testimony to how the Lamborghini design DNA works perfectly even with unexpected proportions,” said Lamborghini head of design Mitja Borkert. Lamborghini will also showcase other elite models from its high-performance range, with more news about the final line-up confirmed in coming weeks.

“It’s a pleasure to welcome Lamborghini together with H.R. Owen Lamborghini London back to Salon Privé London. The dramatic cars from Sant’Agata always generate huge interest, and I’m thrilled to confirm the Huracán Sterrato will be making its UK debut this year at Salon Privé London. It’s a truly unique proposition delivering emotion and a new degree of driving thrills, and I know the crowds are going to find it fascinating,” said Salon Privé Director David Bagley.

Salon Privé London is one of the world’s most prestigious automotive events and the sister event to the globally renowned Salon Privé at Blenheim Palace which is now in its 18th year.
